Q: Are EVORAZAR fragrances original or clones?
A: EVORAZAR is an independent premium fragrance brand. Our perfumes are inspired by famous scent profiles and made using high-quality oils and pure alcohol to give a luxurious and long-lasting experience.
Q: What is the concentration of your perfumes?
A: All EVORAZAR fragrances are Parfum concentration ranging from 20% to 30% , which means a strong scent, good projection, and long-lasting performance.
Q: How long does the scent last?
A: Our perfumes are made to last for many hours. We use a careful aging process to improve the performance. The exact duration can vary depending on your skin.
Q: Are your products safe for the skin?
A: Yes. We use high-quality oils that follow IFRA safety standards, along with premium alcohol. Our perfumes are also vegan and cruelty-free.
2. Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, EVORAZAR ships within Egypt only. We deliver to all cities across the country.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order is shipped, you will receive a message with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return the perfume if I change my mind?
A: You can check the product at the time of delivery.
If you don’t like it, you can refuse the order and pay the shipping fee only.
Once the order is accepted and received, it cannot be returned.
Q: Can I return the perfume after receiving it?
A: No. Returns are not accepted after delivery.
Q: What if there is a problem with the product?
A: If the product has a manufacturing defect, for Example; (broken bottle, leakage, damaged label, or faulty spray pump), you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the product immediately.
If the error is from our side, the replacement shipping will be free of charge.
