Concentration & Performance All EVORAZAR fragrances are formulated at a Parfum concentration (25% to 30%). This ensures a robust scent profile, exceptional projection, and long-lasting performance. Each bottle undergoes a precise aging process to maximize depth and longevity, though exact duration may vary based on individual skin chemistry.

Safety & Ethics Your safety is our priority. We exclusively use premium oils that strictly comply with IFRA safety standards. Furthermore, all EVORAZAR products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.


3. Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage Currently, EVORAZAR ships exclusively within Egypt, covering all cities and governorates across the country.

Processing & Business Hours Our business days are Sunday through Thursday. Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on Friday and Saturday. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on the following Sunday.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Cairo: 2 to 3 business days (calculating from the day the order is processed).
  • Other Governorates: 2 to 5 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your tracking details to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Inspection Upon Delivery We offer an "Inspect Before You Accept" service. You are welcome to open and check your package while the courier is present. If you choose not to receive the product, you have the right to refuse it on the spot; you will only be responsible for paying the shipping/inspection fee.


4. Refund & Exchange Policy

At EVORAZAR, we stand behind the quality of our fragrances, but we also understand that finding the right scent is a personal journey.

7-Day Testing Period We offer a 7-day testing period from the date of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange your fragrance, you may do so within this timeframe under the following conditions:

  • The product and its packaging must be in good, undamaged condition.
  • The fragrance must not be consumed by more than 5% of its total volume.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the return or exchange shipping fees.

Manufacturing Defects & Issues We meticulously inspect every bottle before dispatch. However, if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, damaged label, or a faulty spray pump), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will issue an immediate replacement. In the case of manufacturing or fulfillment errors on our part, EVORAZAR will cover all replacement shipping costs completely free of charge.
