When will I get my order?
Orders within Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Other governorates across Egypt usually take 2 to 4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
Return
We offer a 7-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, the bottle and its original packaging must be in good condition, with usage not exceeding 3–5%. Return shipping is on the customer, unless the item arrived defective, in that case, we cover it.
